Tyler Thiel, ChFEBC
Tyler Thiel of Thiel & Associates started working in the financial services and insurance industry in 2009. In 2012, Tyler began learning the system and started a career of helping federal employees take control of their retirement through planning and knowledge. Tyler holds insurance licenses in South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana as well as the certification of a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant.
Outside of work Tyler and his wife Britta enjoy rodeo, training, and creating performance horses for private and public use. They are both active members of the PRCA, WSTR, and Country Side Church.

Rich Elliston, ChFEBC
Rich Elliston of Employee Benefit Systems started working in the financial services and insurance industry in 1974. He has been serving Federal Employees since the late 1980's. Rich holds insurance licenses in Florida, Virginia, Oklahoma, Colorado and Hawaii as well as the certification of a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant.
Outside of work Rich and his wife Phyllis enjoy watching their grandchildren grow up and both are also very involved in ministry at their church.

Edward Bartling, ACS, CLU, FLMI, AIAA, MBA, WPDC
Edward Bartling of Financial Markets Inc started working in the financial services and insurance industry in 1974. Has presented keynote speeches, workshops and seminars in 12 states and 3 foreign countries. He has written numerous articles on different aspects of our Industry. In 2010 he testified before U.S. Senator Tim Johnson’s, Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs committee regarding proposed rule SEC 151a in Washington DC. He is involved in his State on a professional level with National Association of Financial Advisors, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, West River Estate Planning Council, South Dakota Bankers Association, National Association of Life Brokerage Agencies, and an Educational Representative for Life Office Management Association.
Outside of work Edward and his wife Ladonna enjoy their weekly dinner-date sometimes followed by a good movie. Proud Kansas City Royal’s fan and a member of the Black Hills Dutchers which is part of the International Dutch Oven Society… and he knows how to make some great food.
